"Banshee"
by Stephen Mallatratt (2004,2002)

Adapted by Stephen Mallatratt from the Novel "The Woman in Black" by Susan Hill.
Arthur Kipps, a middle-aged solictor is obsessed with the belief that his family has been cursed by "The Woman in Black".
In an attempt to exorcise the evil, he employs a sceptical young actor to help recount his terrifying story and exorcise the fear that grips his soul.
It all begins innocently enough, but then, as they reach further into his darkest memories, they find themselves caught up in a world of eerie marshes and moaning winds. The borders between make believe and reality begin to blur and the flesh begins to creep ...
It was Craic's most technically difficult show as it involved many lighting and sound effects to create the scenes.
